Yet another peacock craft :-)
Tear Drop paper Cuts and Round paper Cuts...
Rishi loved helping me in sticking them together and finally we got....a cute chime. I wanted to hang something to camouflage the ugly whole just in front of my home and this is serving the purpose beautifully!
